The shift to a clean energy economy is happening and Oregon has an opportunity to drive economic growth, create good family-wage jobs, jumpstart and sustain new local businesses, and help ensure affordable access to life-saving clean technologies.

The federal Inflation Reduction Act ($60 billion in incentives for manufacturing across the clean energy supply chain), the federal CHIPS and Science Act, and a new state Community Climate Investment program are unprecedented opportunities. Our state leaders have a vital role to play in maximizing Oregon’s competitiveness to leverage these federal investments.

This event will bring innovators from the business community, economic development experts, elected officials, and climate, community and consumer advocates together to learn how industry leaders in and beyond Oregon are innovating to reduce their carbon footprint, how the state can lead in manufacturing clean energy technologies, and what state policies and incentives are needed to drive growth in the clean energy economy.
