Hybrid Workshop Series

All workshops will be offered in a hybrid format, with options to participate in person in Portland or online. Sessions will be recorded and shared to ensure broad access.

The series is open to everyone interested in learning more about VPPs, including state agencies, utilities, program administrators, aggregators, vendors, contractors, researchers, and community-based organizations.

August 27, 9-11:30am: What could VPP policy look like in Oregon?
An exploration of potential policy pathways, design considerations, and tradeoffs, featuring perspectives from multiple stakeholders and sectors.

September 24, 9-11:30am: How do we deploy a VPP locally?
A practical discussion about implementation opportunities, building on existing Oregon programs and resources, including PCEF, Energy Trust of Oregon, and utility initiatives.
