Contractors and Trainees are invited to join Earth Advantage & Home Performance Guild to grow the residential workforce.

Two panels of experts will share their experience hiring and getting hired!

[For pre-apprenticeship graduates only, we’ll have a special pre-event gathering from 3:30-4:00 where current trainees/graduates can ask questions of their peers who have found jobs in the industry.]

First, starting at 4:15 p.m., a panel of pre-apprenticeship graduates, moderated by James Metoyer, will discuss their journeys finding jobs in the sector, with recommendations to employers.

The second panel, beginning at 5:15 p.m. and moderated by Dirk Larson, has experienced contractors discussing their involvement in workforce development and best practices in recruitment .
